I have been living in an Isalia Property for 3 years within the Allston Brighton area. To be blunt, a majority of management companies and landlords in this area pretty poor (as expected of an area with a college demographic). Luckily a couple of years ago we were introduced to Isalia and it exposed me to what a good management company could be. They are extremely professional/responsive and go the extra mile to make sure that tenant are cared for. Needless to say they are hands down the best management company that I've been with in my 8 years in Boston.

I've been renting from Isalia for about a year and a half and I've had a great experience! The apartment is so nice and we always get prompt responses when we have questions or maintenance requests. Jenn was also great during the leasing process. Everyone in our unit moved to MA from out of state and we had to do everything remotely. I really appreciate how patient she was while we got everything sorted out!

Incredible management company. Being a student in Boston pretty much means you're going to pay a ridiculous amount of rent for a tiny, rat-infested room. Not with Isalia. There properties are top notch. I moved into a newly renovated apartment with great security and for a very accessible amount of money. I have never before dealt with a management company that provided such excellent care for their tenants as Isalia. For example, they noticed that in our apartment building, at least 4 or 5 of us were carrying our bikes up and down the stairs to the basement every day. They bought a bike rack and installed it so we would have a secure and dry place to lock up our bikes. They came in to change the air filters without us asking. In my experience, they have been outstanding and caring.

Our apartment came with a flat-screen TV, hardwood floors, all new appliances, central AC/heat, washer and dryer, marble countertops, spacious living room, and for an accessible amount of money. They have developed a deposit system that makes paying rent much easier. I cannot emphasize enough how great these guys have been to us!

When we decided to relocate to Boston, we came up for just 2 days and looked at several apartments in different areas.. without a doubt the very nicest one we saw was an Isalia property, and we grabbed it right away. All brand new fixtures and finishings.. beautiful floors and a very well kept, safe and secure building. The building management and maintenance is top notch, and we couldn't ask for better.. our unit even came equipped with a very nice flat screen TV already mounted on the wall for us. Rest assured, if you are able to get yourself into an Isalia property you won't be disappointed!

After living in an Isalia property for around a year and coming in contact with many management companies professionally I can honestly say Isalia is top notch. They respond immediately to any concerns and are very proactive in making sure the home and surrounding land is kept up to amazing quality. I couldn't recommend them enough. I have been living in this apartment for half a year now and I never thought I could be so happy with a landlord. If there is a problem in this well renovated house, which is a rare case, we called the company and they came over right away to fix it. They kept doing some work in the garden and the frontyard to make it more beautiful after the snow melted and they are really nice people as well.

As a first time renter, it was difficult to know what to look for in an apartment, but when I came across a beautiful, brand new place in a great location in JP, I had no second thoughts. Five months on, I couldn't be more happy with the apartment and I have Isalia Property Group to thank for it! Not only is the apartment beautifully finished, with top of the range appliances and a fantastic kitchen (an important factor for me), but the management company have been outstanding! They are extremely helpful without being at all intrusive, they show up when you need them to, and other than that you hardly know they're there!

Even down to things like rent payment, everything is a breeze with Isalia. If you are thinking of renting a place in the Boston area, Isalia should be your first port of call. In my opinion, they set a high standard that other landlords/management companies will have a hard time living up to!

I had only good experiences with this company. The people were wonderful. They answered quickly with every question we had. Paying rent was so simple with their online system. You can even set up your account to automatically pay once a month! You can also submit maintenance requests online which was great. Out garbage disposal broke and within a few days of submitting a request someone was there to replace it. I would definitely recommend Isalia Property Group.

I have had several property managers in the Boston area and Isalia is by far the best. Being a smaller company they actually treated me like a person, and whats more, an adult! The property I rented had been beautifully renovated with all new kitchen appliances and polished floors. When the building required new laundry machines, Isalia provided brand new machines as quickly as they could. Conveniently Isalia has set up an online account where you can pay rent (and easily split it amongst roommates. Here you can also send any maintenance requests which are always answered promptly. This system is essentially the best thing ever! When I next get the chance I will be calling them again myself to find a new apartment.
